![]() ![]() The purpose of this study is to describe "Language Style in Children's Songs". Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that in children's songs there are actually many values that can be used as a medium for fostering the character education of children and students. Primary data in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences that contain language style. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The main sources of qualitative research are words and phrases. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and the technique used in data collection is purposive sampling technique. The purpose of this study is to describe "Language Style and Character Value Load in Children's Song Lyrics". ![]() It is undeniable, song lyrics are the dominant factor in delivering messages as part of the song framework which is finally enjoyed by the listeners. Ideas in songs can be in the form of expressions of love, protest against something, anger, anxiety, and so on all of which are combined with beautiful words, poetry and not always straightforward. Song as a universal and effective media, ideas, messages and expressions of the creator can be poured into the listener through lyrics, musical compositions, selection of musical instruments, and the way he presents them. ![]()
